In my opinion, innovative teacher is a person who can easily comabine old but tested things and new things. Person who is not affraid of modern technologies and is critical for choosing them.
Innovative learner is person who can easily catch up with new modern things. Person who understand why he or she is using this and how to use those things. Innovative learner is also a person who can use not only one program in learning but can comabine it with other programme.
Innovative educational setting is where everything is easily accsessible for every student. When every student know where they can use it and how use it as quickly as they can. Innovative educational setting is where new technologies fit with old things such as books or other publications.
